Description of Service

iWrapped provides a platform that allows users to:

• Upload music streaming service screenshots (Spotify Wrapped, Apple Music Replay, YouTube Music Recap)
• Extract track information from uploaded images using AI technology
• Collect contributions from friends via shareable collection links
• Create and sync playlists automatically to connected streaming services

The service processes uploaded screenshots solely to extract track information (song titles and artists). Contributors do not need accounts - they can upload using only a display name.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

User Content and Data Processing

You retain ownership of any content you upload to iWrapped. By uploading screenshots, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process uploaded images to extract track information
• Store extracted song titles and artist names
• Create playlists on your connected music services
• Display track data in your collection and playlists

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. We process screenshots solely to extract track information - images are not permanently stored after processing.

Contributors: When uploading to someone's collection, you may provide an optional display name for attribution. No email address or personal information is required from contributors.

Third-Party Services

iWrapped integrates with third-party music streaming services. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or harvest data from the service

Service Availability
