• Contributor display names (optional, provided when uploading to a collection)

Important: We do not collect or store email addresses from contributors who upload to your collection. Contributors only provide an optional display name for attribution.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Authenticate your account and provide secure access
• Process uploaded screenshots and extract track information using AI
• Create and sync playlists on your connected music services
• Display contributor attribution when friends upload to your collection
• Maintain service functionality and fix technical issues

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing the core service.

Third-Party Services

iWrapped integrates with third-party music services including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. When you connect these services, you authorize us to access your account according to the permissions you grant. Please review the privacy policies of these services for information about how they handle your data.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Storage and Retention

We store only essential data to provide our services:

• Music service connection tokens (until you disconnect)
• Contributor display names (for attribution purposes)

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Uploaded screenshots are processed and discarded after track extraction - we do not permanently store your images.
